Week 1 of P90X Women


Just some of the stuff I did for the first week of P90X. I rested 2 days instead of 1 :[ but was busy so oh well. Dont forget to rate, comment, and subscribe :]

    good job girl keep it up!! i know i am trying to loose weight too and i do cardio and taebo workout i do have overweight i am 144 too i just have my baby she is 4 months and i have a boy he is 8yr but its been so hard to loose this weight and same as you i am breastfeeding only hopefully you can reach your goal weight.

    Its a Summer Infant Super Seat/ infant positioner! It’s about $50 at Babies R Us, and its awsome!!!

    Good Job keep pushing play. Also don’t focus on the scale so much. It will always fluctuate during the week so don’t worry about it. And of course you know muscle weighs more than fat. So way to go :D

    ohh I know thank you :] But with me I will probably lose more weight than muscle mass cuz I already have muscle mass, I’m in the Army, and basic training was WAY harder than P90X, I just need to get back into a routin. I haven’t worked out like this in 1 1/2 yrs lol! I went from 115lbs-138lbs in 2 months from not working out, mostly muscle mass from not working out. I’m also only 5ft 1in :[ thank you for your advice though I really appreciate it :]

    Hang in there! You will be amazed at how strong you can be!

    You can do it!! :-) However, I wouldn’t focus on weight too much. I only lost 10lbs on the program but went from a size 8-10 to a size 4!! Remember you will be building muscle and muscle weights more then fat. :-) Just try to have fun with it. You’ll be amazed how fast you’ll progress with strength and indurance!! Its ok to take 2 days off instead of one…don’t stress over it. The first week is tough anyways. :-)

    Wow! 30 lbs!! thats awsome I want to lose at least 25lbs, all together, but for now I’m happy the way things are going :]

    lol! yes just the tip for assistance, I’ts still hard if you use your arm muscles NOT your leg muscles. Lots of ppl make the mistake and use their legs to push themself up and thats wrong. But it’s a great work-out :]

    first of all when the dude said “get wiggly” in the video i almost died laughing but congrats! looks intense! i was so thinking man she is busting the pull ups out i cant even do one! she such a G! then your husband scrolls down lol. thats a good idea tho. i need to try that. you just put the tip of your foot on right?

    lol! Sorry I was going to message you but didn’t want to bother you or be like a stalker lol! Maybe next time :] I cant help but weigh myself everyday, plus I record my weight on the chart that came w/ p90x program… lol! Im so impatient

    Looks like your doing good…I would weigh myself once a week instead of everyday because it can be discouraging if there is water weight and such.

    Yeah, I know your right. It’s cuz sometimes I forgot to weigh myself, and didn’t feel like taking my shoes off lol!
