Not sure who to blame, but I'm very disappointed. This website got bad reviews on their customer service and communication skills; they did notify me and asked if I would be willing to get it when it came in, but it was after two weeks of me anticipating the delivery. So although they are very dysfunctional in their business operations I can see it's something they are trying to improve. So if you plan to buy don't get your hopes up! <br /> <br />The whole idea of shopping from Amazon is avoid these problems.
