		<description>My P90X program should be here on the 25th.. so I can&#039;t really give you advice on the nutrition.. This is what I plan on doing tho:

Breakfast - Oatmeal, White boiled egg and a Protein Shake

Snack - Half of Protein Bar

WORKOUT (12:00PM)

After My Workout - Gatorade, wait ten minutes.. then i&#039;ll have a Whole wheat bagle with cream cheese or a Tuna Sandwhich, and a Protein Shake

Snack - The rest of of my Protein Bar 

Dinner - Salad or Half Chicken Breast with Brown Rice</description>
