    Great job Melissa. I’ve been watching you for a while and your videos helped me decided to do P90x. I am on week 3, day 3 and am very excited. So far I have only lost about 2 pounds, BUT I have lost at least 3 inches off my waist. The funny thing is that the inches seem to be going from the outside in. So the side of my abdomen inwards look flat but the middle part looks like it grew. hmmmmmm, not liking that too much but I’m gonna keep pushing play and see how it turns out!

    My P90X program should be here on the 25th.. so I can’t really give you advice on the nutrition.. This is what I plan on doing tho:

    Breakfast – Oatmeal, White boiled egg and a Protein Shake

    Snack – Half of Protein Bar

    WORKOUT (12:00PM)

    After My Workout – Gatorade, wait ten minutes.. then i’ll have a Whole wheat bagle with cream cheese or a Tuna Sandwhich, and a Protein Shake

    Snack – The rest of of my Protein Bar

    Dinner – Salad or Half Chicken Breast with Brown Rice

    It’s great that you’ve been able to hang in there and not fall off the wagon. I know it probably hasn’t been easy for you. My p90x dvds got lost in the mail, so I won’t be able to start until next week. But I’ll probably have some ?’s for you when I do!
