Its true im afraid my skin was F**cked by cigs. Grey over all colour, yellowy patches on my body. Rough skin. Had to stop. it is ok for a few years but then it hits you.
i agree that most commercials stretch it way past the truth but its not good to smoke period its sortta like asking for a couple years of your life and most of the hair of your head.
(this is my opinion sorry for offending anyone)
im going to quit because i feel like my skin is grey
